Snail Mail's not dead. Introductory mailers were sent to CFO, CEO and IT Managers of mid-sized businesses with messaging directed solely towards lost profit or opportunity due to IT issues.

Targeted micro/mass mailings are staged maximizing Just Fix It sales staff availability. Primary call to action drove respondants to an online 'Scorecard' that highlights opportunities for IT improvement. This ensured target market responses received immediate sales team support.
PRODUCT/SERVICES SHEETS
A library of Product and Service documents that were designed and published as PDFs for personal sales team engagement with prospects. Most documentation was also printed for Direct Mail follow-up. All paper stocks used were super-white, and heavier weight helping maintain the premium ethos of Just Fix It IT solutions.

Whenever possible, service offerings were distilled down and presented in their simplest form.
RESPONSIVE WEBSITE
Businesses can be overwhelmed by Information Technology. Scribblers recommended an extreme simplification of all content. Removing the fear and angst from IT required brutal editing to maintain consumer-centric messaging.
